The aim of this document is to describe the rights and obligations of members of ELEARNING-SERVICES.COM.

ELEARNING-SERVICES.COM is published and operated by Learnorama SA, a French company with a capital of 96 792 Euros, located at 172, boulevard Haussmann 75008 Paris, France. Anyone who wishes to purchase an ELEARNING-SERVICES.COMcourse must fill out a registration form and accept the terms of use. By validating the above-mentioned registration form, the user declares that he accepts without reservation the terms of use of the service. Information concerning members of ELEARNING-SERVICES.COM contained in the registration form may not be made available to a third party. In order to improve the quality of its service and to better respond to customer requirements, ELEARNING-SERVICES.COM may use cookies during the password request. A “cookie” does not allow us to identify you. In general, it registers information that you have provided. This means that you will not have to fill out the form again the next time you visit the site. During registration, a member of ELEARNING-SERVICES.COM will be assigned a login (user name) and a password. These are the exclusive property of the member and should never be made available to a third party. The member will be held responsible for any use of these two elements that is incompatible with membership of ELEARNING-SERVICES.COM. Membership of ELEARNING-SERVICES.COM enables the member to buy a course. The member undertakes not to send messages or information, or to direct Internet users to sites:

• of injurious, defamatory, or racist character or that could affect the honour or reputation of another,
• that incite misdemeanours, crimes, or acts of terrorism, or that make apologies for war crimes or crimes against humanity,
• of a pornographic or paedophilic character,
• that incite suicide,
• that violate private correspondence,
• that violate any applicable law or regulation.

He especially undertakes not to:

• restrict or prevent the utilisation or enjoyment of the Communication Services by any other user,
• promote or offer to sell or buy any commercial goods or service, unless authorised to do so by the Communication Service,
• publish any inappropriate subject, name, element or information, insulting to ethical or religious beliefs, defamatory, illicit, or that affect any rights, especially the rights of intellectual property.

The Member particularly undertakes not to engage in religious proselytising or political propaganda. Every course purchased by a member of ELEARNING-SERVICES.COM from the ELEARNING-SERVICES.COM site provides the beneficiary with an unlimited individual use right for a period varying from one to twelve months.

In no case can Learnorama SA and/or its partners be held responsible for any damage, of whatever nature, direct or indirect, related to data and/or programs contained in the courses proposed by ELEARNING-SERVICES.COM.

All of the courses available on the ELEARNING-SERVICES.COM are the intellectual property of Learnorama SA and/or its partners. Learnorma guarantees its members using the ELEARNING-SERVICES.COM service that it holds all rights enabling it to conclude the present contract of use. In no case can a member of ELEARNING-SERVICES.COM use the courses available on the ELEARNING-SERVICES.COM site for commercial ends without first reaching agreement with Learnorama.

In case of non-respect of the above stipulations, Learnorama reserves the right to cancel all means of connecting to the server when that is technically possible or to interrupt the use of the service by a member or to interrupt the use of a member’s account.

Privacy

According to the “Information Technology and Freedom” law (la loi " Informatique et Libertés ") of 6th January 1978, each member has the right to access, change, rectify or delete data related to him.
